* Use only the "Pulsar Maneuvers" cards for this NPC vessel's actions.

* During the Discard Phase shuffle all "Pulsar Maneuvers" cards together.

* As the last act during the Preparation Phase reveal the top "Pulsar Maneuvers" card. Resolve that card's effect as the first action of the Action Phase.
