When you discard a card from hand at any time outside the Discard Phase you may add 1 “fuel cell” counter to this card. Any time during your tier you may transfer 5 of these fuel cell counters to this vessel and they are converted to energy counters; this card then expires immediately.

If you discard frequently, this card proves to be a quick energy boost. The "End of Turn" is after the "Discard Phase".

This card's effect is optional. You have to wait until your tier (during the Action Phase) to collect the energy.
